The EWS Story
Established in 1994, Mr. Williams founded the waste management consulting industry! With over 30 years of corporate cost reduction experience, Inc. 500 winner, and long time entrepreneur, Mr. Williams has been featured in numerous publications as an expert in corporate cost reduction. An article mentioned that he was looking for the next big line item on the corporate balance sheet to find savings for companies; something with huge margins. A top sales producer from a leading waste disposal company read the article and called Mr. Williams "I know what it is he said, it's trash!" He knew how much companies were being charged for waste disposal & recycling, the profit margins were enormous and he was making money hand over fist providing equipment that was often larger than necessary and being emptied too frequently.
Mr. Williams quickly learned that 90% of most companies were overpaying and were over serviced for waste disposal & recycling. He knew there was a way for the waste haulers to still make a profit without gauging the clients and he was excited to profit by helping these companies dispose of waste more efficiently. A 30 step process for analyzing & uncovering savings opportunities was developed and the service was quickly in-demand! It was just the two of them to start and they helped many companies reduce their costs associated with waste disposal & recycling. They made a ton of money but were always traveling and missed being home with their families.
Instead of hiring a bunch of salespeople with offices across the country and all the headaches and costs that goes along with managing employees, they came up with the idea to train entrepreneurs across the country to do exactly what they were doing. They offered high quality support and the ability to partner with EWS on their large, complex, & very lucrative accounts - Joint Ventures. Today we have Associates scattered throughout North America but have still only scratched the surface on the millions of potential clients that desperately need to reduce costs. We are proud to have established our company as one that can be depended on to offer clients a Win-Win approach to waste management -a concept that will come as a breath of fresh air to virtually every company in every industry.
