EWS The Company
EWS is the largest national waste management consulting company in North America. EWS has two distinct divisions. The largest division is the Consulting Division which has one goal - to support our EWS Affiliates (When you invest in this business opportunity, you will be called an Affiliate). Our Consulting Division is made up of our Support Department, Joint Venture Sales Department, and our Account Management Department. Our Support Department will help you with your smaller "local" accounts as well as helping you get meetings with your larger "Joint Venture" accounts. EWS is extremely interested in helping you go after the large Joint Venture accounts since you can partner with EWS on those accounts and share in the revenue. EWS does most of the work on your which is perfect for someone looking to start this business part-time. EWS does not have an internal sales force to market to our own clients, we depend 100% on our affiliates for partnering with us on their large clients. Our smallest division is our New Affiliate Training Division, this is where we qualify, interview, and train people that are interested in starting their own waste management consulting business in their local area.

Operating Your EWS Affiliate Business in Your Local Area
As an EWS Affiliate you will call on small, medium and large businesses in your local area. We limit the number of Affiliates in each market area so no available market area becomes saturated. Cold calling does not work in our business so you will be sending out target letters to CFO's and Business Owners of companies in the following "profitable" industries: Supermarkets, Fast Food and Full Service Restaurants, food processors, apartment complexes (property management firms), assisted living/nursing homes, industrial manufacturers, distribution centers, convenience stores, movie theatres, and any other industry with food in the waste stream. Your letter will explain your value proposition (i.e. "I specialize in helping fast food restaurants reduce costs associated with waste disposal and recycling, I don't charge an upfront fee for my services, I simply share in whatever savings I am able to find for you." The letter will also propose scheduling a time to meet in person to discuss the service in more detail. Your presentation will take 20 minutes and consist of going thru your page and a half service agreement which is typically signed within 2 weeks following your initial meeting (time is longer for Joint Ventures). For Joint Venture clients, an EWS National Sales Director attends the meeting with you via conference call and is responsible for running the meeting and getting the contract signed following the meeting. Once the contract is signed our Account Management department is responsible for finding the savings by performing the proprietary 30 step audit which you will learn at training. Our billing department takes care of invoicing the client once savings are in place. You and EWS will share the fee collected from the client, the % shared depends on how involved you are willing to be with collecting data and assisting the assigned Account Manager (25%-50%). Most of the work performed for your clients is completed within 3 months. You invoice your clients for 60 months! On average you will find 35% savings!

Getting Started with Your EWS Business

She will spend time getting to know you and your background as well as tell you more about the business. Together you will determine if this business is a good fit for you. Since we limit the number of Affiliates in a given market area it is very important to us that you are successful. Once you have qualified and then been accepted as a New EWS Affiliate you will need to attend the upcoming 3 day training session. You will come home and immediately begin to implement the business and marketing plan.

Your Income Potential -$8,000/mth Is Average
Joint Ventures (JV's) are the key to generating $100k and over in the first year. Joint Ventures are potential clients that are spending at least $20,000 per month on waste disposal and recycling. You need to do JV's to make good money. The ideal mix to generate adequate initial cash flow is 5 local account prospects and 5 potential joint venture prospects per week. Your income will be directly correlated to how many prospects you are able to meet with at the decision making level, waste spend, and how successful you are at delivering your value proposition and closing new business. With joint ventures EWS handles the entire sales process in addition to the analysis, implementation and billing. All you need to do is to arrange the initial meeting with the decision maker and attend the first meeting. For local accounts you handle it all. Decide how you want to spend your time.
